Wilna Grobler
With 39 years of extensive experience, Wilna is an HR professional who has obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management, specializing in a wide range of HR functions. Her expertise includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, job description development, HR compliance, and personnel records management. She has also managed HR systems, SAGE Business Cloud Payroll, attendance, leave management, and client service agreements. Wilna has held key HR roles in the Mining, Engineering, and Private sectors, excelling as a Senior HR Generalist and HR Coordinator. She has facilitated recruitment, payroll management, HR system administration, and compliance, while also providing executive support and managing personnel records. Her experience includes assisting with CCMA documentation in coordination with IR consultants and overseeing legal compliance. Her career has equipped her with the skills to manage both HR and administrative tasks, including payroll, client account management, and staff support, in fast-paced, complex environments.
